Mobile vs web

Yes. Pikvaa has free Android and iOS companion apps for studio owners, staff and freelancers, alongside the web app and a Windows and Mac desktop uploader. Clients don't need an app; they use a web link. Plans and packs are bought on the web only.

In the mobile app you can check your schedule, accept assignments, open call sheets with venue maps, upload sneak peeks from your phone, follow the Today screen and manage events. Purchases, renewals, top-ups and upgrades are not available in the app; it shows 'Manage your plan on the web'.

Use the web app on Chrome or Edge or the desktop uploader for full memory cards. They show local thumbnails, compress previews, reserve space and resume after network drops. The mobile app is best for quick sneak-peek uploads from the venue.

Yes. Each person can have up to 3 active devices, such as a phone, laptop and tablet. A fourth login asks you to remove one. New-device logins need an OTP and alert the Owner, and you can log out any device remotely.

No. Clients and their families open the gallery on any phone or computer browser using the link and Client PIN the studio sends. They can view, tag, select, submit, create share galleries and download, all without installing anything. It works well even on slow mobile data.

Yes. The 'Share on WhatsApp' button opens your own WhatsApp on your phone, WhatsApp Web or the desktop app, with an editable Tamil or English template and the link filled in. If WhatsApp isn't installed, Pikvaa opens WhatsApp Web. Phone numbers without +91 are fixed automatically.
