Free plan

Pikvaa has a Free plan with no time limit. Free studios can create events, buy storage packs, share galleries, collect selections, record payments and deliver photos. Storage packs are always paid, from ₹99 per event before GST. Pro adds the full CRM, staff accounts and studio branding.

The Free plan includes the Owner login, freelancers at no extra cost, direct event creation, all storage packs, client galleries with PIN and selection, payment records and final delivery. It also gives a landing page with 2 templates, Pikvaa branding, up to 20 photos and a subdomain. After the trial, the CRM becomes read-only.

Free gives the Owner login, freelancers, packs and full delivery, with a read-only CRM after the trial and Pikvaa branding. Pro adds the full CRM for leads, quotes and bookings, 5 staff accounts, studio branding, all 6 landing templates, a custom domain and up to 100 landing photos. Packs are paid on both.

If you do not buy Pro, the studio moves to Free. The CRM becomes read-only, extra staff cannot log in and branding changes to Pikvaa's, but nothing is deleted. Running events finish normally, and you can still create events, sell packs and deliver galleries.

You get reminders 15, 7 and 1 days before renewal, then a 7-day grace period with a banner. After that the studio moves to Free: only the CRM becomes read-only, never deleted, and extra staff cannot log in. Client galleries keep working, and renewing restores everything instantly.

Yes. Freelancers are free on every plan and do not count toward the staff limit. Add them by phone to a specific shoot; they log in by OTP and see only that assignment's date, time, venue and role. Their uploads are off by default and can be turned on per event.

Auto-renewal is optional. You can renew Pro with one tap through Razorpay on the web, or turn on auto-renew. Reminders arrive 15, 7 and 1 days before renewal by in-app message, email and SMS. Part-used years are not refunded if you stop.

No. One trial is allowed per phone number and per GST number, and creating a new studio with the same details does not start another trial. Platform admins can extend a trial in special cases. The trial needs no card and lasts 30 days.
