Information we handle
Pikvaa may handle studio account details, staff and freelancer details, event and client records, photographs and gallery activity, quotes, bookings, payment records entered by the studio, support messages, device information, sessions and security logs.
How we use it
We use information to provide accounts and role-based access, operate event workflows, process and deliver photos, record selections, support bookings and payment records, provide support, secure the service and meet legal obligations.
Studio responsibilities
The studio decides which client and event information it enters and who receives gallery access. Studios are responsible for providing notices and choices required for their photography services.
Sharing
Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, payments, messaging, monitoring and support. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect users and the service.
Retention
Event screens show selection deadlines, gallery end dates, storage expiry and deletion dates. Account, invoice, security and support records may be retained longer for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
Security
We use access controls and operational safeguards designed for the information handled. No system is completely secure. Protect account credentials and gallery PINs, and keep original photographs separately.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or another available privacy right. We may verify identity and may direct a gallery visitor to the studio controlling the event record.
Children and changes
Studios must obtain required permissions before uploading or sharing photographs of children. Material policy changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
