No physical shipping
Pikvaa is software delivered entirely online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no delivery address is needed.
Instant online access
Plans, event storage packs and top-ups are activated in your Pikvaa account immediately after successful payment. A payment confirmation and GST invoice are sent by email.
Delayed activation
If a purchase is not active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email hello@pikvaa.com with the transaction reference and we will activate it or refund it in full.
Service area
The service is offered to customers in India and works anywhere with an internet connection.
