What does Pikvaa do?
Pikvaa gives Indian photographers four connected tools: a client photo selection gallery, online gallery delivery tied to payments, a studio CRM for leads, quotes, bookings and crew, and per-event storage with optional protection. Use them together or start with selection and delivery only.

Lead → Quote. Capture an enquiry by quick add, share-in or your landing page form, then send a quote as a PDF and link. The client accepts by OTP.
Booking → Shoot. An accepted quote becomes a tentative booking; marking the advance received confirms it and reserves crew and shoot hours.
Upload → Selection. Upload web-quality previews (originals optional), publish the gallery and share the link and Client PIN. The family selects together and the main client submits by OTP.
Payment → Release. Record part-payments as they arrive. Once confirmed payments cover the approved price and finals are approved, downloads open.
Don't need the CRM? Free studios can always create an event directly - client, shoot date and price - record payments and deliver, with no quote or booking needed.
