Sign in to Pikvaa, open Help, choose Contact support, and select the topic that matches your request.
Product support
Choose Product help for galleries, selections, downloads, bookings, staff access and event storage.
Billing and refunds
Choose Billing for invoices, duplicate charges, failed provisioning or a refund review. Include the transaction reference.
Privacy requests
Choose Privacy for access, correction, deletion or account data questions. We may verify your identity.
Include the right details
Share the studio name, event reference if relevant, a clear description and safe screenshots. Never send passwords, one-time passwords, client PINs or full payment credentials.
If you cannot sign in, use account recovery on the sign-in screen. Support requests remain connected to the account so the right team can review them securely.
