Studio software for Coimbatore wedding photographers
Coimbatore and the wider Kongu region have a strong culture of family-run studios that cover weddings across Tiruppur, Erode and Pollachi. Pikvaa gives those studios bookings, crew and payments alongside client galleries.
What is a good photo selection and delivery app for photographers in Coimbatore?
Pikvaa is a studio app for photographers in Coimbatore and across Tamil Nadu: families select album photos together in a private PIN gallery, you record part-payments, and full-quality photos are released once the job is paid. Packs start at ₹99 + GST per event.
Travel-heavy schedules
Studios here often travel for weddings in nearby towns. Bookings in Pikvaa reserve both the date and the crew's shoot hours, so you don't double-book a photographer on the same morning in two towns.
Publishing a clear price list
Many clients ask for a studio price list before they visit. Pikvaa Pro includes landing page templates where you can present packages and capture enquiries straight into your leads list.
Family studios with a few staff
Owner, Manager, Photographer and Editor roles keep amounts and client numbers visible only to the people who need them - useful when a studio employs relatives and outside staff side by side.
Coimbatore FAQs
Can I manage freelancers for weddings outside Coimbatore?
Yes. Invite freelancers per event; they see only their assignment and never count as paid staff seats.
Which pack suits a Kongu wedding with reception?
Most single-day weddings fit the 40 GB pack (₹999 + GST for 6 months). Multi-day events with clips may need 50 GB or 120 GB.
