Why we built Pikvaa

Most photo gallery platforms were designed for Western photographers with monthly dollar plans and print stores. Indian studios work differently: a wedding album is chosen by a whole family, payments come in parts by UPI and cash, enquiries arrive on WhatsApp, and many clients use everyday Android phones on patchy data.

Pikvaa brings selection, delivery, bookings, crew and payment records together, starting with studios in Tamil Nadu, in Tamil and English.

How we think about trust

• No unlimited storage promises - every pack has clear dates.
• No pre-ticked add-ons; Standard and Protected are a genuine choice.
• Full-quality photos never reachable before release.
• Support access only when you grant it, for a limited time.

Where we are

Pikvaa is built for Indian photography studios and plans to work with a small group of studios on real paid events, to test pricing and support before opening more widely. We'll share more as it happens.
