Accounts
Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials and assign appropriate roles to staff and freelancers. You are responsible for activity under your studio account.
Studio and client content
You keep ownership of content you upload and give Pikvaa permission to process it only to provide the service. You must have all rights and permissions required to upload photographs and client information.
Galleries and sharing
The studio controls gallery access and shares links and PINs. Studios and clients must protect those credentials. Event screens show applicable selection deadlines, gallery dates, storage expiry and deletion dates.
Quotes, bookings and payments
Pikvaa may record leads, quotes, bookings, crew and payment records. The contract and payments between a studio and its client remain the responsibility of those parties. Pikvaa is not a party to that contract.
Plans and storage
Current prices, inclusions, capacity and term are shown before purchase. Prices exclude GST unless marked otherwise. Storage packs are event-based and not unlimited. Keep your own copy of original files.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, scrape private galleries, share another person's content without authority or use Pikvaa for fraud or abuse.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or address non-payment. We may improve features, plans and prices. A purchased pack keeps the capacity, term and price confirmed at checkout unless law requires otherwise.
Liability
Pikvaa does not replace a studio's own backup, client contract, accounting records or professional judgement. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
