Client photo selection
Pikvaa is a wedding photo selection app where the couple and their family pick album photos together in one private, watermarked gallery - no app to install, no lists over WhatsApp, and a deadline everyone can see.
How does client photo selection work in Pikvaa?
You publish a gallery of web-quality previews and share one link and a 6-digit Client PIN. Everyone with the PIN works on one live selection, tagging photos as Love, Favourite or Add to album with priority 1, 2 or 3. When the family is done, the main client submits by OTP and the list locks for editing.
Live family selection
Indian albums are a family decision. Instead of five people sending screenshots, everyone edits the same list in real time. If someone removes a photo, the others see who did it and can undo it.
Privacy by default
Galleries show web-quality previews (around 0.4 MB) with your watermark, added on our server. Full-quality files are never reachable through a gallery or share link before release. Right-click and long-press saving are blocked, though no app can promise to block screenshots.
The selection deadline is 60 days from gallery go-live. You can reopen a submitted selection for up to 14 more days at a time, with a hard cap of 120 days. Closing the selection never shortens the gallery access the client has paid for.
If you publish late and fewer than 60 days remain on the storage pack, Pikvaa asks you to extend the pack or accept the shorter deadline before publishing - and the client always sees the real date.
The main client can create up to 10 curated share galleries per event, each with its own view-only PIN. Relatives can view and heart photos but cannot select, submit or download full files. You can disable all share galleries for an event in one tap.

Yes. Everyone with the Client PIN works on one shared live selection, and every removal shows who made it, with Undo.
Before payment, Client-PIN holders can download a limited number of social-size copies (default 10 per event, about 2048 px with a small studio logo). Full-quality files stay locked until release.
Clients select in any web browser on phone or computer. Studios use the web app and a desktop upload app; free Android and iOS companion apps are designed for launch.
