Online gallery delivery

The best way to share photos with clients - and get paid first.

Pikvaa is an online photo delivery platform for Indian photographers: clients view a private gallery from a WhatsApp link, and full-quality finals unlock only when recorded payments reach the approved price.

What is the best way for photographers to share photos with clients?

Use a private client gallery that opens in a browser without an app, shows watermarked previews, lets the family select together, and releases full-quality files only after payment. Pikvaa does all of this with a link and PIN you share on WhatsApp, priced per event in rupees.

Payment-linked release

Release finals with confidence.

Pikvaa never takes money from your clients. They pay you directly - usually by UPI - and you record each part-payment against the event. When confirmed payments reach the approved price and the final package is uploaded, the Owner or a Manager approves the exact file set and Pikvaa re-checks before release.

  • Excess payment recorded as refund or credit
  • Paid but finals not uploaded? Status shows “waiting for final upload”
  • Every release is logged

Secure downloads

Downloads you can still switch off.

Full-quality downloads run through a controlled gateway. Changing the PIN, removing staff or re-locking an event ends active sessions and downloads immediately.

  • Up to 5 completed downloads; failed or resumed downloads don't count
  • Internal signed links last 15 minutes at most
  • Review request sent 3 days after first download

What clients see

A clean gallery with your studio name, the photos you published and the dates that matter: selection deadline and gallery access end. On Pro, the gallery carries your studio branding; on Free, it carries Pikvaa's.

Sharing with relatives abroad

Dates are shown in IST and in the viewer's local time - useful for families in the Gulf, Singapore or the US. Share galleries let the client send a curated set to relatives with a view-only PIN.

Compared with Google Drive or WeTransfer

Drive and transfer links are fine for files but have no selection, no payment control and no watermarking. Read our Google Drive for photographers comparison.

Photo delivery FAQs

How many times can a client download the final photos?

Up to 5 completed downloads per event. Failed or resumed downloads are free and don't count toward the limit.

Does Pikvaa collect payment from my clients?

No. Clients pay your studio directly, usually by UPI or cash. You record payments in Pikvaa, and release follows those records.

Can I deliver without a booking or quote?

Yes. Any studio, including on the Free plan, can create an event directly with client, shoot date and price, record payments and deliver.
